SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Therapy
Indigenous Traditional Thai Medicine
You relax on a comfy mat and breathe while I move your body into therapeutic positions (asanas) and apply pressure, compression, rocking, stretching, and gentle traction. First session includes intake, health history, primary concerns, and Ayurvedic assessments prior to bodywork.
Thai Yoga Therapy helps to reduce chronic pain, restore balance to the body systems & energy lines (Sen) and encourage your natural healing abilities to function.
Benefits include increased range of motion and flexibility, release of physical, emotional, and mental tension, increased relaxation, reduced stress, alignment of bones and joints, increased circulation, reduced inflammation, release of toxins, promotes lymphatic drainage, stimulates under-active immune systems, and increased bone density, among others.

Traditional Southern Royal Method therapy sequences (vinyasas) received over 7 sessions. Begins with a thorough intake, health history, Ayurvedic assessments, goal-setting, and General Balancing Thai Yoga Therapy. Days 2-6 explore 5 different "attitudes" (positions of receiving) including supine, side-lying, prone, abdominal, and seated. Day 7 consists of a General Balancing session to address individual client needs and re-evaluate client's wellness. Program includes Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle coaching to support client goals for optimal wellness, freedom, and happiness.

Bio-Tapp BET®
Learn how to use a complimentary and non-invasive technique to manage difficult emotions, anxiety, depression, PTSD, cravings/addictions, and pain. Using a system of verbal affirmations and self-administered impulses (tapping) to specific acupressure points, you can "hit the reset button" and change mental, emotional, neurological, and energetic patterns. Sessions include new client intake/interview to determine primary concerns, private instruction, and support on how to integrate Tapping into your life at home/work/school, etc
